LEVEL 2 - FUN-damentals!

ABOUT THE CLASS:

Have you already taken our beginner salsa classes? Do you know your cross body lead, salsa basic step and right turns? If either of those describe you, this is the right level class for you.

In Level 2, you learn salsa FUNdamentals (not the basics) such as left turns, two handed turns, hand changes, partner connection and much more. We make sure to add the FUN to Fun-damentals of Salsa!

This month we will cover a new technique that we have not covered in this level previously.

Most importantly, be prepared to laugh, dance and have a great time in this 4-week series! We like to keep it fun at Salsa With Juan.

This Level 2 class is taken for a minimum for 3 months. Each month, we cover new salsa dance techniques and skills. It will take minimum 3 months before you are ready to move on to the next level.

WHERE: Classes are held at the Big Blue Building at 719 Scott Ave, 11th Floor, Suite 104, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 

SCHEDULE & DATES:  Monday 4 Weeks Total. (Jan 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th)

Monday Pre-Intermediate Salsa

• LEVEL 2 Salsa - 7:00pm - 7:50 pm 4 Weeks Total ((Jan 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th)

• Classes are 50 minutes each.

PRICE - includes 4 total class on dates (Jan 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th)

- $60 per person.

Requirements for this class:

MINIMUM 4 weeks of the Salsa With Juan Beginner Series LEVEL 1 before advancing to this class. If you have not taken Salsa With Juan’s Beginner Series, see requirements below:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: You must know your cross body lead WITH CORRECT COUNTS, salsa right turn with a partner and on correct counts, understand the basic steps & salsa timing with correct counts. You should also understand basic partner connection. If you are missing any of these, it is advised to start with our Beginner 4-Week Series.

We rather that you have a strong understanding of the salsa foundations before progressing to the next levels.

Why Limited Spaces?

We will have limited spaces to allow all dancers to spread out on the dance floor. This means we can only offer a very limited number of spots for each class and pre-registration is required (No Drop-Ins Allowed). We will close the class registration once we reach capacity. January is likely to sell out before Jan 1st, so register early!

Important Details to Note:

• No-Drop Ins, as this is a 4 week progressive series. There are no refunds and no future credits for missed classes. (For any special circumstances, please email us at salsawithjuan@gmail.com to answer any questions.)

  Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to the first class to allow time for check-in. We start classes right on time!
